The Space Coast Surge dropped the second game of four-game set against the Seminole County Naturals 2-0 on Friday night.

The Space Coast Surge fell 5-4 to the Seminole County Naturals in the first game of a four-game series in Sanford on Thursday night.

The left side of the infield got the job done at the plate for the Surge as shortstop Jimmy Mojica and third baseman Bryan Frichter had two hits apiece, with Mojica also driving in a run. Derrick McPherson also drove in a run on a sacrifice fly. Read the rest of this entry »

The Space Coast Surge were denied their first win in franchise history in heartbreaking fashion as Lee Huggins hit a walk-off home run to cap off a five-run ninth inning for the Lake County Black Bears as they won 9-7.
