Johnny Dillard, 28, is a right handed pitcher from Wichita Falls, Texas and a 26th round pick of the Cincinnati Reds in 2004. Dillard’s story is highly unique as his velocity has increased significantly since he shut down his career in 2006 to care for his sick mother. After a brief stint with El Paso this summer, Dillard showed up at the FWBL tryout in Miami throwing mid-90’s for scouts. His addition to the Space Coast staff will add a live arm to the rotation.
