Josh Horn, 25, is a shortstop from Shelbyville, TN and is a current member of the Wichita Wingnuts. A graduate of Middle Tennessee State University, he recently completed his 3rd season of professional baseball compiling a .310 average with 19 stolen bases, while anchoring his Wingnuts team at shortstop. His presence will help solidify the Surge defense this winter.
